Your business, in their pocket
People live on their phones, your app puts you on their home screen. We build iPhone and Android apps from one codebase, so you get both platforms for the effort of one.
The whole job, owned
We can carry this end to end
An app is never just an app, it's the servers behind it, the notifications, the analytics, and two app-store relationships. We deliver all of it: product scoping, design and prototypes, the app itself, everything server-side, a private beta with your real users, store submission on both platforms, and the steady rhythm of updates both stores now expect.
In plain terms: one team builds one app that feels right at home on both iPhone and Android, keeps working when the signal drops, keeps sensitive data locked down, and can receive urgent fixes within hours instead of waiting a week for app-store review.

How delivery works
One contract, zero handoffs
The same disciplined lifecycle behind every engagement, so you always know where the project stands.
Discovery & scoping
Workshops with your stakeholders, a technical audit of what exists, and a written scope with a clear estimate and timeline. You approve before anything is built.
Architecture & design
System design, security and compliance review, data modeling, and clickable prototypes. The expensive mistakes get caught here, on paper, where they're cheap.
Build in weekly sprints
Working software demoed every week, code-reviewed and covered by automated tests in CI/CD. You watch it grow instead of waiting for a big reveal.
Hardening & QA
End-to-end testing, load testing, penetration checks, and user acceptance with your team, signed off against the scope, line by line.
Launch
Zero-downtime deployment, monitoring and alerting switched on, your team trained, and documentation handed over. You own the code and the infrastructure.
Run & improve
Written SLAs, automated monitoring with alerts, security patching, and a monthly improvement allowance. The product keeps getting better after launch day.
The technology
2026 tools, plainly explained
One modern codebase, two platforms, native feel. That's the 2026 way to build mobile: half the cost, none of the compromise. Here's what that means in practice.
We build once and ship to iPhone and Android together, the same approach used by Instagram, Alibaba, and BMW.
One build instead of two (React Native)
One team and one codebase produce genuinely native apps for both platforms, sharing the vast majority of the work between them. In budget terms that's close to the cost of one app instead of two, and a new feature reaches both stores in the same week, not one platform lagging behind.
Flutter when looks must be pixel-perfect
Our alternative for animation-heavy apps or interfaces that must look identical everywhere, like a custom-drawn chart or a strongly branded experience. We choose between the two at scoping time based on your feature list, and explain the choice, rather than defaulting to habit.
Fully native where it counts
For the rare features that need it (heavy Bluetooth work, background GPS, custom camera work, watch apps), we write true native code for just that piece. You keep the cost advantage everywhere else without compromising on the one feature that makes you different.
Feels right at home on each platform
The app respects each phone's conventions, text-size settings, and screen readers. Apps that ignore this feel foreign to users, and it's one of the most common reasons Apple rejects a submission, which makes it a schedule risk as much as a quality one.
Tested on real phones, agreed in writing
We agree exactly which phones, screen sizes, and system versions are covered, then test on real hardware, not just simulators. It gives 'it looks odd on my phone' a clear answer instead of letting it become an open-ended obligation.
The details that make an app feel professional: instant loading, working offline on the subway, and notifications that bring people back.
Notifications people actually want
Messages that arrive at the right moment, open straight to the relevant screen, and can be turned down per topic rather than all-or-nothing. We track open rates and opt-outs, because a notification strategy that drives uninstalls is worse than none.
Works on the subway (offline mode)
The app stays fully usable with no signal (on the underground, in a basement, on a rural site), saving changes locally and syncing them when the connection returns. We agree with you up front what happens when two people change the same thing.
Face ID and fingerprint sign-in
One glance or touch to sign in, with credentials kept in the phone's secure hardware rather than ordinary storage. Access can be revoked centrally the moment someone leaves the company or loses a device.
Maps, tracking, and location alerts
Live tracking, routes, and location-triggered actions, built with battery life as a hard constraint, and with the permission prompts timed properly, because a badly timed location request is one of the most common things users decline and never re-enable.
Camera, scanning, and document capture
Barcode and QR scanning, document capture with automatic cropping, text read straight from photos, and images compressed before upload so a field photo doesn't eat someone's data allowance. Capture works offline and uploads later.
In-app purchases done by the rules
Apple and Google purchases for digital goods, and card payments for physical ones, with checks that prevent faked purchases, and your products mapped to the right store rules before we build, since getting that wrong means a rejected app.
Automated testing and gradual rollouts mean updates ship regularly without breaking anything for your users.
We handle the app stores for you
Developer accounts, certificates, privacy declarations, age ratings, store listings, screenshots, and the back-and-forth with reviewers, including the appeal when a reviewer is wrong. The accounts belong to you, so you own the listings and can revoke our access at any time.
Tested on dozens of real devices
Every change runs through automatic tests on a wall of real physical phones in the cloud, so a bug that only appears on one particular Android model surfaces in our pipeline, not in your one-star reviews.
A private beta before the public sees it
Your stakeholders and pilot customers get each version first through the official beta channels, with structured feedback collected. Launch becomes a gradual, reversible rollout instead of a nervous single event.
We see crashes before your reviews do
Crash rates, startup times, and errors are tracked per release. We agree a quality threshold with you, and a rollout pauses automatically if a new version drops below it.
Urgent fixes in hours, not weeks
For a whole class of fixes we can update the app directly, without waiting days for store review, within what both stores permit. That's the difference between a critical bug being a week-long emergency and an afternoon.
Know what users actually use
Which screens people visit, where they drop off, and which features earn their keep, measured against goals we agree with you, with privacy handled properly. So what to build next is decided by evidence, not by whoever argued hardest.
Apps are only as good as the servers behind them. We build and run the whole backend, or plug cleanly into what you already have.
A backend built for phones
Servers designed for mobile reality: small, fast responses shaped around each screen, so one view doesn't need six round trips over a shaky connection. Sized to your actual usage and monthly budget, not to fashion.
Fewer round-trips, longer battery
Screens that gather data from several places request exactly what they need in a single call, a real speed and battery win on a mobile network, with limits in place so a bad request can't overwhelm the server.
Live sync without the headaches (Firebase, Supabase)
When instant updates or live collaboration are core to your product, we build on proven managed platforms rather than reinventing that machinery, while keeping your data exportable, so a future move stays possible.
Notifications that never silently stop
The certificates and keys behind push notifications expire, and when they do, nothing errors, notifications just quietly stop. We monitor delivery and renew everything ahead of time, so it never happens to you.
Plugs into what you already run
Connections into your CRM, accounting, booking, or payment systems, with a buffer layer in between so their changes never ripple into your app, and caching so the app stays usable even when an upstream system is having a bad day.
Ready for big-company customers
Company single sign-on, automatic account provisioning, and device policies where your enterprise customers require them. This is usually what unlocks the larger contracts, so we build it properly from the start.
