Three things that are true about working here, including the one that is not for everyone.
You ship real things
Every project is a fixed-price build for a paying client. You will watch it go live, and you will hear, in plain words, what the client thought.
Ownership is the product
We hand clients everything in their own name: code, domains, accounts, a written runbook. Inside the team that means clean work, honest estimates, and no heroics.
The honest part
There is no layer between you and the decision, and none between you and the consequence. If you want a title ladder and a large team around you, a bigger firm will serve you better, and we will say so.

What happens next

A CV and, if you like, a note. Five minutes. You get a confirmation straight away.

Not a filter. The person you would work with reads every application, start to finish.

A conversation
If there is a fit, a relaxed call about the work: what you have built, what you want to build.

An answer, either way
Within 10 working days, in writing, whatever the answer is.
