Our commitment

Digital Katalyst aims for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, the same standard we design and build to for our clients. Accessibility is part of our definition of done, not a retrofit.

What that means in practice here

• Every page can be navigated and operated with a keyboard alone, with visible focus states
• Headings, landmarks, and labels are structured for screen readers, and images carry meaningful alternative text
• Text and interface colours meet AA contrast in both the light and dark themes
• Animations respect your system's reduced-motion preference. The site stays fully usable with motion off
• Layouts adapt from small phones to large monitors, with touch targets sized for fingers
• Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or function
• Expanding controls, such as the technology accordions, announce their state to assistive technology

How we check

Automated accessibility checks run as part of our build process, and we test by hand with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers, because automated tooling catches only a fraction of real issues. The site is reviewed against WCAG 2.2 whenever we make significant design changes.

Known limitations

Some photography on the site is decorative, and third-party platforms we link to, such as our social profiles, are outside our control. If we become aware of an issue on our own pages, we treat it as a bug and fix it, not as a nice-to-have.
