What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the Digital Katalyst website. They are deliberately simple, because this is a brochure site: it exists to tell you what we do and let you contact us. When we actually work together, that engagement is governed by a written proposal and services agreement we both sign, with the scope, price, timeline, warranties, and ownership terms spelled out, and that agreement, not this page, controls the project.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse, read, link to, and share anything published here. Please don't misuse the site. That means no attempting to breach its security, probing or scraping it with abusive automation, misrepresenting yourself as us, or using our contact channels to send unlawful, deceptive, or bulk unsolicited material.

Our content

The text, design, logo, illustrations, icons, and photography on this site belong to Digital Katalyst or are used with permission. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution; you may not republish substantial parts of the site, use our brand in a way that suggests endorsement, or pass our work off as your own. Client names, logos, and testimonials shown here appear with their owners' consent and remain their property.

What the site's content is, and isn't

Everything on this site is general information about our services, provided in good faith. It isn't professional advice for your specific situation, and descriptions of approaches, technologies, and typical outcomes are illustrative rather than a promise about your project, every real engagement starts with a scoped, written plan. We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we can't guarantee it is free of errors at every moment.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site fast and available but provide it "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent the law allows, Digital Katalyst is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here limits the commitments we make to clients in a signed services agreement.

The site links out to our social profiles and occasionally to third-party resources. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which we don't control and aren't responsible for.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is covered by our privacy policy. The summary is that we collect almost nothing and track nobody. Our cookie policy is even shorter.
